After reading articles about Hospice & Community Care, he decided to establish a charitable gift annuity. "I see all the work that Hospice & Community Care does and it's fantastic," he says.

Through a simple charitable gift annuity agreement, you can make a gift of cash, stock or another asset to Hospice & Community Care. In return, we will pay you a fixed amount each year of your life. Charitable gift annuities can be for one or two people; Bernie established gift annuities so he and his wife could receive payments each year.
